Condo and HOA Lender Questionnaires, Completed Fast
Standard and custom questionnaires completed by the association: occupancy, insurance, reserves, litigation. What underwriting needs, when it needs it.
What is a lender questionnaire?
A lender questionnaire (condo questionnaire) is the form a mortgage lender sends to verify a community meets underwriting requirements: owner-occupancy rates, insurance coverage, reserve funding, litigation, and project status.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac publish standard forms, and many lenders add their own. Only the association or its manager can answer them, which makes turnaround the bottleneck in many condo loans.
