The community sets the price
Each association or management company prices its own documents. What you see at checkout is what they charge, not a marked-up middleman rate.
State caps are enforced automatically
Where state law caps a document fee, Havn applies the cap at order time. It is not possible to be charged above your state's limit through Havn.
The total is upfront
Document fee, rush fee if you choose one, and any add-ons are itemized before payment. No invoices after the fact.
No subscriptions, for anyone
Requesters pay per order. Associations and management companies fulfill through Havn for free.
