The HOA Portal Your Owners Will Actually Use

Every owner gets one place for their home: the balance and autopay, statements, the community's documents, any notice about their home, requests to the office, votes, and the directory. One sign-in per person, on a phone or a laptop, with no app to install.

Pay Dues Online, or Turn On Autopay Once

The balance is the first thing on the page. An owner pays by card or bank account, picks the day autopay runs, and gets a receipt that names what it covered. Statements are a tab away, and a check still works for anyone who prefers paper.

  • Card or bank account, with the fee shown before paying
  • Autopay on a day the owner picks, with a receipt every time
  • Statements as PDFs, and the address to mail a check

Notices, Requests, and Votes Without a Phone Call

A notice about the home shows the photo, the deadline, the letters as sent, and a reply box. A request opens with the right form for the kind of ask and keeps the conversation with the office in one thread. A ballot opens inside the portal and confirms before it counts.

  • Notices with the letter, the deadline, and a way to respond
  • Requests with the office's reply in one thread
  • Votes cast inside the portal, with a receipt

Everything an Owner Can Do, From One Sign-In

Twelve pages, the same in every community Havn runs: the balance and autopay, news from the board, requests with the office's replies, notices about the home, the calendar, votes, the directory, the documents, amenity reservations, help, and the owner's own profile. Each page is a door into something the owner needs, and nothing on it waits on a phone call to the office.

  • Twelve pages, each one a door into something the owner needs
  • Pages the community does not use never show
  • Co-owners each get their own login and see the same home

A page the community switches off never shows. Co-owners each sign in with their own email and see the same home.

On a Phone, a Tablet, or a Laptop. Nothing to Install.

The portal is a website, so it opens from the link in any email or text the community sends. On a phone the first four pages are tabs along the bottom and More holds the rest, a tap on the office's number places the call, and a tap on its email opens mail. The same sign-in works on a laptop, where the pages sit in a sidebar.

  • Opens from any email or text link, with nothing to install or update
  • The first four pages as tabs, More for the rest
  • The same sign-in on a laptop, with the pages in a sidebar

Frequently Asked Questions

How does an owner sign in?

With the email the association has on file. The owner confirms it with a code we email, sets a password if they want one, and their home is already there. Co-owners each get their own login.

Do owners need an app?

No. The portal is a website that works on a phone, a tablet, or a computer. There is nothing to install or update.

What can a co-owner do?

The same things the primary owner can: see the balance, pay, turn on autopay, read documents and notices, send requests, and vote. Saved payment methods belong to the home and are shared. The home has one vote.

Can an owner change what the office has on file?

Yes. Name, mobile number, and mailing address change from the portal and the office sees the change on the record. An email change goes through a request, since the email is also the sign-in.

What about owners who are not online?

The invite goes out by email, by text, and by a mailed letter with the community's link and a QR code. An owner who never signs in still gets statements and notices by mail.
