What is HOA account statement?
The record of an owner's account, the charges, payments, and balance period by period, sent to the owner on a schedule and to the title company at a sale.
Also called HOA statement, owner statement.
In Havn
Every owner can download a statement as of today from the portal, and monthly statements go out by email or mail on the association's schedule.
StatementsAn account statement lists each assessment, fee, and payment with its date and the running balance. Associations send one monthly or quarterly, often with a payment coupon, and an owner can ask for one at any time. It is the document that settles most 'what do I owe' questions.
A financial statement is different: that is the association's own balance sheet and income statement, which owners receive with the budget and buyers receive in the resale package.
