Reach Every Owner the Way They Answer
Email, text, a recorded call, or a letter in the mail, from one inbox, on one record per person. Send an announcement once and every owner gets it the way they answer. Replies land in one place with the owner's balance beside them, and the letter goes out through the post without a printer, an envelope, or a stamp.

Write It Once. Every Owner Gets It.
An announcement goes out by email and text to the owners who have them and as a letter to the ones who do not, on the community's letterhead, with the owner's name filled in. Delivery, opens, and replies come back to the same screen, and every reply lands in the inbox on that owner's record.
- Email, text, and letter from one send, each owner on the channel they answer
- Merge fields, the community's letterhead, and your brand on every message

Letters Without a Printer
Write the letter once. Havn puts it on the community's letterhead, addresses a copy to every owner on the home, and mails it first class or certified through the post, with tracking on each piece and the price shown before sending. Returned mail flags the address on the roster so the office sees it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does every owner get texts?
Only owners who opted in. They can opt in from the portal, from the invite, or by replying YES, and STOP ends it at once. Texts go out between 8 am and 9 pm where the owner lives.
Who pays for letters?
Postage is billed to the company's card and posted to the association, per piece. The company sees the cost before sending.
Can owners reply?
Yes, to email and to texts. Replies land in the inbox on that person's record, and anyone on the team can answer.
What about owners without an email?
They get the letter. The office sees who has no email on file and can send letters to just those owners, or to everyone.
