From the documents you upload and the answers you give. Havn reads budgets, insurance certificates, and governing documents into the community's record, and every answer shows its source so you can check it.
What happens when something changes?
Update it once in the record. Every document prepared after that uses the new answer. Documents already delivered stay as they were signed.
Can I correct an answer Havn filled?
Yes. You review every document before it is signed, and a correction you make flows back into the record for next time.
What does a community need before it can take orders?
Its documents, its details, your prices, and a bank account for payments. The dashboard shows which of the four are done, and Havn confirms each new community before its orders open.
