Does the requester need an account?
No. A requester opens your link, says who they are, picks the documents, and pays by card. There is no sign-up, no password, and nothing to install.
Can I use my own domain?
Not today. Your order page lives at a havnhq.com address under your organization's name and logo. Link to it from your own website, your email signature, and anywhere closing agents look for you.
What if a community is not ready to take orders?
It cannot be ordered from. Each community shows what it still needs, from documents to pricing to a bank account, and Havn confirms a new community before its orders open.
Can I turn off a document type?
Yes. You choose which documents you offer and what each costs. A document you have not priced does not appear on your order page.
