Resale documents, handled by the association that owns them
When a home sells, the closing needs a document from the association: a resale certificate, an estoppel certificate, or a statement of unpaid assessments, depending on the state. Havn takes the order, prepares the draft from the association's records, and delivers it once a board member signs.
In Washington this is the resale certificate. The fee is capped at $275, and the association has 10 days to deliver it. The rule is RCW 64.90.640. Other Washington acts set different terms, listed on the Washington page.

Nothing. No subscription and no per seat fees, for the resale platform. Havn earns a share of the document fee the requester already pays, and that share comes out of the fee, never on top of a legal cap.

How do owners and title companies order?
From one public link the board shares once. No account, and the price is shown before they order.
What happens if we stop using it?
The library is the association's. Your documents stay yours and can be downloaded at any time. No contract to sign or exit.
