You run on Buildium or PayHOA
HomeWiseDocs is built into both. Havn does not connect to those systems yet, so figures reach Havn from the records you keep in it.
Your closing agents already order there
HomeWiseDocs says more than 1,300 community managers use it, so many title companies and lenders already have an account and know where to go. That familiarity is worth something.
You need lien searches or mortgage payoffs
HomeWiseDocs offers both as an add-on. Havn prepares association documents only: resale certificates, lender questionnaires, and demand letters.
